My health journey leading to the founding of Hydroxy began over 15 years ago. I have always been interested in clean and wholesome nutrition, body cleansing, health optimization, and disease prevention. Through this long-standing interest and dedication, I have gradually discovered several health-supporting methods, among which hydrogen therapy has become a favorite.
After 2 months of using hydrogen therapy and experiencing many positive changes in my body, I knew I wanted to share this form of therapy with as many people as possible. I didn’t have an acute health problem when I started the therapy, but since I began using hydrogen, my metabolism, energy level, skin structure and moisture, hair growth, cognitive sharpness, memory, and concentration have significantly improved. After a year of use, my tinnitus, or ringing in the ears, has also significantly improved.
My favorite way to use hydrogen is inhalation, which I do daily while working at my computer desk. Additionally, to recover faster from workouts, I use hydrogen-saturated water, which can be prepared with the Hydroxy Go bottle. I have also noticed how, after 6+ weeks of use, my strength and performance in workouts have significantly improved.
